Doug Ghertner
Chief Executive Officer
Doug Ghertner, Chief Executive Officer, joined the Company in January of 2018. Ghertner brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to IVX Health, including senior leadership positions at CVS Health, Change Healthcare and Emdeon. Most recently, Ghertner served as CEO of Change Healthcare, prior to its sale to Emdeon in 2014. Following the sale of Change Healthcare, Ghertner assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, overseeing all sales and channel partner activity for the $1.5 billion healthcare technology and services provider.
Ghertner holds a bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
William Seibels
President and Chief Financial Officer
William Seibels, President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in January 2018. Previously, Seibels served as SVP Finance for Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon). During his tenure, Seibels helped his segment grow EBITDA north of 35% year-over-year and expand margins by over 700 bps. His prior experience includes CFO of an early stage healthcare Software as a Service company. Seibels has additional experience managing and growing a P&L for a multi-state, private equity backed home healthcare company and he started his career in the investment banking industry.
Seibels holds bachelor’s degrees in English and business administration from The University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
AJ Hermandorfer
General Counsel
AJ Hermandorfer, General Counsel, joined the Company in February of 2026. Hermandorfer brings extensive healthcare legal experience to IVX Health, having most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Surgery Partners, where he focused on physician transactions, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and real estate portfolio management across a portfolio of over 140 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals. During his tenure, Hermandorfer was recognized as the 2024 Surgery Partners Corporate Employee of the Year. Previously, Hermandorfer served as a Health Law M&A Associate at Baker Donelson, where he advised hospitals and health systems on transactions and assisted healthcare companies transitioning to digital health platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to his legal career, Hermandorfer served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division. Hermandorfer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Enda Murphy
Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer
Enda Murphy, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at IVX Health, leads enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, and innovation initiatives supporting the organization’s continued growth.
With extensive experience across healthcare and technology organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises, Murphy has built and led high-performing teams focused on scalable infrastructure, operational excellence, and strategic technology transformation. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, information security, and technology solutions that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
Prior to joining IVX Health, Murphy served as CTO at Lumexa Imaging and held senior technology leadership roles at Change Healthcare, Lincor, and Apple.
Dr. Andrew Lasher
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Andrew Lasher joined IVX Health as its Chief Medical Officer in September 2019, bringing over twenty years of clinical and executive experience to the team. Prior to joining IVX Health, Dr. Lasher was the founding physician and Chief Medical Officer of Aspire Health, a healthcare provider of community-based palliative and chronic care services to patients with life-threatening illnesses. Dr. Lasher led the Aspire Health team through tremendous growth that culminated with a sale to Anthem in 2018.
Prior to his role at Aspire Health, Dr. Lasher practiced as a palliative medicine and internal medicine physician at California Pacific Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital part of the Sutter Health network. Dr. Lasher also served in several leadership roles, including as CPMC’s Vice-Chairman of Medicine.
Dr. Lasher is a board-certified physician who received his MD from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Stanford University, followed by a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Stanford.
Libby Issitt
Chief People Officer
Libby Issitt, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, joined the Company in February 2018 to lead the HR function for the organization. Issitt has oversight for human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations and total rewards. She comes to IVX Health with sixteen years of human resources experience, most recently in a leadership role at CareHere. Previously, she spent twelve years with Change Healthcare in various human resources roles where she had a proven track record of developing talent strategies to support growth and change.
Issitt has a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and holds Senior Human Resource Professional certifications.
Elliott Durr
Vice President, Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer
Elliott Durr, Vice President of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer, leads the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s compliance program. Elliott brings 13 years of healthcare compliance experience, including regulatory affairs, risk management and corporate governance. He plays a critical role in ensuring the company adheres to industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
Before joining IVX Health, Durr served in several different positions at HCA Healthcare within their compliance program, most recently as the Ethics and Compliance Officer at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.
Durr earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He has been Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) since 2018.
Angela Ryce
Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Angela Ryce, Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle, joined IVX Health in March 2019, bringing over twenty years of healthcare management experience to the company. Angela recently served as the Vice President of Payor Relations and Revenue Cycle at ePlus Cancer Care, where she led revenue cycle optimization to ensure the company achieved its service, quality and performance goals.

Matt Munden
Director of Nursing
Matt Munden, Director of Nursing, joined IVX Health in January of 2015 and leads clinical operations, establishing evidence-based policies and procedures for clinic site optimization to ensure the Company’s high standards of care. Munden provides the Company with nearly a decade of nursing experience in a variety of care settings, including in an Intensive Care Unit.
Munden has both an associate’s and bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He holds a compact license that allows him to practice in over 30 states in addition to being CRNI certified.
Katie Thackston
Chief Growth Officer
Katie Thackston, Chief Growth Officer, joined the company in February 2018. In this role, she leads the company’s national growth strategy across sales and marketing, product and strategy, patient experience, real estate, and de novo market development. Prior to IVX Health, Thackston was a strategy and operations consultant serving more than 30 healthcare provider and pharmacy clients. Her work focused on growth planning and execution, patient access and adherence programs, and health system expansion planning. She played a key role in launching several health system owned specialty pharmacies. Earlier in her career, Thackston managed outpatient patient access and revenue cycle functions at Emory Healthcare, building expertise at the intersection of reimbursement, access, and patient experience.
Beyond her work serving and supporting the healthcare provider community, Thackston is an active national advocate for infusion patients and access to care. She’s previously served on the National Infusion Center Association Advisory Committee, the Infusion Access Foundation Board of Directors, and the Tennessee Chapter Board of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, advancing policy, education, and patient-centered care initiatives.
Thackston holds a bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, and a juris doctor with a focus in health and business law from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Liz Titterton
Senior Vice President of Finance
Liz Titterton, Senior Vice President of Finance at IVX Health, joined the organization in June of 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and financial expertise to the company. Prior to IVX Health, Titterton has held leadership roles in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic growth at financial firms Deutsche Bank and Capital Spring as well as the workspace solutions organization WeWork.
Titterton holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and operations from Boston College.
Chris DuPaul
Chief Operating Officer
Chris DuPaul, Chief Operating Officer, joined the company in January of 2025. DuPaul brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals to IVX Health. Most recently, DuPaul served as Executive Vice President, Rite Aid Corporation and President, Elixir Solutions, where he led the company’s pharmacy benefit management (PBM) business leading up to a successful sale of the company in 2024. Prior to joining Elixir, DuPaul was Group President at Myers Industries, and has held several leadership positions as a Corporate Vice President at CVS Health.
DuPaul holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from the Darden School.
