Doug Ghertner
Doug GhertnerChief Executive Officer
Doug Ghertner, Chief Executive Officer, joined the Company in January of 2018. Ghertner brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to IVX Health, including senior leadership positions at CVS Health, Change Healthcare and Emdeon. Most recently, Ghertner served as CEO of Change Healthcare, prior to its sale to Emdeon in 2014. Following the sale of Change Healthcare, Ghertner assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, overseeing all sales and channel partner activity for the $1.5 billion healthcare technology and services provider.
Ghertner holds a bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
William Seibels
William SeibelsPresident and Chief Financial Officer
William Seibels, President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in January 2018. Previously, Seibels served as SVP Finance for Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon). During his tenure, Seibels helped his segment grow EBITDA north of 35% year-over-year and expand margins by over 700 bps. His prior experience includes CFO of an early stage healthcare Software as a Service company. Seibels has additional experience managing and growing a P&L for a multi-state, private equity backed home healthcare company and he started his career in the investment banking industry.
Seibels holds bachelor’s degrees in English and business administration from The University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
Kirk McConnell
Kirk McConnellChief Compliance Officer
Kirk McConnell serves as IVX Health’s Chief Compliance Officer. He has previously served as a Chief Compliance Officer, healthcare attorney and senior officer for several health care providers since 1992. His professional positions have included serving as Senior Vice President/General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Haven Behavioral Healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee; Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer with CaremarkRx, a Fortune 100 company; and as Assistant General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer with Charter Medical Corporation.
Mr. McConnell is a member of the Georgia (1986), Florida (1987) and Tennessee (2006) Bar Associations. Mr. McConnell began his practice of law in Atlanta as a management labor attorney in July 1986. He earned both his J.D. and B.A. degrees from the University of Florida.
Dr. Andrew Lasher
Dr. Andrew LasherChief Medical Officer
Dr. Andrew Lasher joined IVX Health as its Chief Medical Officer in September 2019, bringing over twenty years of clinical and executive experience to the team. Prior to joining IVX Health, Dr. Lasher was the founding physician and Chief Medical Officer of Aspire Health, a healthcare provider of community-based palliative and chronic care services to patients with life-threatening illnesses. Dr. Lasher led the Aspire Health team through tremendous growth that culminated with a sale to Anthem in 2018.
Prior to his role at Aspire Health, Dr. Lasher practiced as a palliative medicine and internal medicine physician at California Pacific Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital part of the Sutter Health network. Dr. Lasher also served in several leadership roles, including as CPMC’s Vice-Chairman of Medicine.
Dr. Lasher is a board-certified physician who received his MD from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Stanford University, followed by a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Stanford.
Libby Issitt
Libby IssittSenior Vice President of Human Resources
Libby Issitt, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, joined the Company in February 2018 to lead the HR function for the organization. Issitt has oversight for human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations and total rewards. She comes to IVX Health with sixteen years of human resources experience, most recently in a leadership role at CareHere. Previously, she spent twelve years with Change Healthcare in various human resources roles where she had a proven track record of developing talent strategies to support growth and change.
Issitt has a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and holds Senior Human Resource Professional certifications.
Nikki Ulrich
Nikki UlrichSenior Vice President and General Counsel
Nikki Ulrich serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at IVX Health, joining the Company in October of 2022. Ulrich comes to IVX with immense experience in health care law and compliance, holding Senior Counsel positions at Teladoc Health (Livongo) and Walgreens. Most recently, she served as Lead Counsel at Walmart, the highest-ranking Fortune Global 500 company.
Ulrich earned her B.A. from the University of Arizona and J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. She is also a member of the Illinois Bar Association (2013).
Shazmin Bhanji
Shazmin BhanjiSenior Vice President of Provider Sales
Shazmin Bhanji, Senior Vice President of Provider Sales, joined IVX Health in February of 2023. She brings over 15 years of experience in leading sales and business development teams across the country, with an acute focus on driving substantial growth and revenue. Prior to joining IVX Health, Bhanji was the National Vice President of Business Development at Amedisys, one of the largest providers of home health and hospice care for over 400,000 patients annually. Prior to her time at Amedisys, Bhanji held various sales leadership roles at Woundtech, AccentCare, and Catholic Health Services.
Bhanji has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami, and an MBA from St. Thomas University.
Elliott Durr
Elliott DurrVice President, Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer
Elliott Durr, Vice President of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer, leads the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s compliance program. Elliott brings 13 years of healthcare compliance experience, including regulatory affairs, risk management and corporate governance. He plays a critical role in ensuring the company adheres to industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
Before joining IVX Health, Durr served in several different positions at HCA Healthcare within their compliance program, most recently as the Ethics and Compliance Officer at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.
Durr earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He has been Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) since 2018.
Jeff Piscadlo
Jeff PiscadloVice President of Provider Sales
Jeff Piscadlo, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Provider Sales, joined IVX Health in October 2020 as part of the Precision Healthcare acquisition. Piscadlo brings over 14 years of senior leadership experience to the Company, including his recent role leading the $2 billion Rheumatology and Gastroenterology specialty drug distribution business for McKesson Specialty. Most recently Piscadlo lead all sales, marketing and health plan contract negotiations for Precision healthcare before the sale to IVX
Piscadlo graduated from Xavier University with a degree in accounting and earned his MBA from Xavier’s Williams College of Business.
Jessica Voorhees
Jessica VoorheesVice President of Provider Sales
Jessica Voorhees, Vice President of Provider Sales, joined the company in May 2018 as a Business Development Manager in the San Francisco Bay area. During her tenure at IVX she has rapidly accelerated company growth as one of IVX’s top producers, ultimately elevating her to a leadership role within the organization. Prior to joining IVX, Voorhees has 10 years of experience in sales and operational roles with increasing responsibility in the health care industry. Most recently, she was Regional Sales Director at SimonMed Imaging.
Voorhees graduated from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a degree in marketing.
Angela Ryce
Angela RyceSenior Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Angela Ryce, Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle, joined IVX Health in March 2019, bringing over twenty years of healthcare management experience to the company. Angela recently served as the Vice President of Payor Relations and Revenue Cycle at ePlus Cancer Care, where she led revenue cycle optimization to ensure the company achieved its service, quality and performance goals.

Matt Munden
Matt MundenDirector of Nursing
Matt Munden, Director of Nursing, joined IVX Health in January of 2015 and leads clinical operations, establishing evidence-based policies and procedures for clinic site optimization to ensure the Company’s high standards of care. Munden provides the Company with nearly a decade of nursing experience in a variety of care settings, including in an Intensive Care Unit.
Munden has both an associate’s and bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He holds a compact license that allows him to practice in over 30 states in addition to being CRNI certified.
Katie Thackston
Katie ThackstonChief Growth Officer
Katie Thackston, Chief Growth Officer, joined the company in February 2018. Previously, Thackston served 30+ healthcare provider and pharmacy clients as a strategy and operations consultant, focused primarily on growth planning and execution, patient access and adherence programming, and health system owned specialty pharmacy development, launching one health system specialty pharmacy across nine clinics, serving over 1,000 patients, and generating $25M in annual margin in the first year alone. Prior to her consulting work, Thackston managed patient access and revenue cycle functions at Emory Healthcare.
Thackston holds a bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia, and a juris doctor in health and business law from the University of Georgia.
Liz Titterton
Liz TittertonSenior Vice President of Finance
Liz Titterton, Senior Vice President of Finance at IVX Health, joined the organization in June of 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and financial expertise to the company. Prior to IVX Health, Titterton has held leadership roles in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic growth at financial firms Deutsche Bank and Capital Spring as well as the workspace solutions organization WeWork.
Titterton holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and operations from Boston College.
Justin Mooneyhan
Justin MooneyhanVice President of IT / Chief Information Security Officer
Justin Mooneyhan, Vice President of IT / Chief Information Security Officer, is a Nashville native and healthcare professional with over 17 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, and business services. He has spent the past 15 years in the healthcare industry with a focus on technology, strategy, operations, process improvement, systems design, and project and portfolio management. He has led all efforts related to IT strategy, technology solution design, enterprise architecture, and efforts to drive innovation and technology enablement and modernization across enterprise-level healthcare organizations.
Mooneyhan holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Belmont University. He also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Belmont University, majoring in entrepreneurship. Mooneyhan is passionate about personal and professional development and self-improvement, maintaining various professional certifications including his Project Management Professional, Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, among others.
He volunteers his time as a Board Member of the Tennessee Chapter of HIMSS and is the Chapter’s President from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. He enjoys researching healthcare, business investing, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies, exercising, playing and watching soccer, reading, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Chris DuPaul
Chris DuPaulChief Operating Officer
Chris DuPaul, Chief Operating Officer, joined the company in January of 2025. DuPaul brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals to IVX Health. Most recently, DuPaul served as Executive Vice President, Rite Aid Corporation and President, Elixir Solutions, where he led the company’s pharmacy benefit management (PBM) business leading up to a successful sale of the company in 2024. Prior to joining Elixir, DuPaul was Group President at Myers Industries, and has held several leadership positions as a Corporate Vice President at CVS Health.
DuPaul holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from the Darden School.
