Doug Ghertner
Chief Executive Officer
Doug Ghertner, Chief Executive Officer, joined the Company in January of 2018. Ghertner brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to IVX Health, including senior leadership positions at CVS Health, Change Healthcare and Emdeon. Most recently, Ghertner served as CEO of Change Healthcare, prior to its sale to Emdeon in 2014. Following the sale of Change Healthcare, Ghertner assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, overseeing all sales and channel partner activity for the $1.5 billion healthcare technology and services provider.
Ghertner holds a bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
William Seibels
Chief Financial Officer
William Seibels, Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in January 2018. Previously, Seibels served as SVP Finance for Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon). During his tenure, Seibels helped his segment grow EBITDA north of 35% year-over-year and expand margins by over 700 bps. His prior experience includes CFO of an early stage healthcare Software as a Service company. Seibels has additional experience managing and growing a P&L for a multi-state, private equity backed home healthcare company and he started his career in the investment banking industry.
Seibels holds bachelor’s degrees in English and business administration from The University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
Kirk McConnell
Chief Compliance Officer
Kirk McConnell serves as IVX Health’ Chief Compliance Officer. He has previously served as a Chief Compliance Officer, healthcare attorney and senior officer for several health care providers since 1992. His professional positions have included serving as Senior Vice President/General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Haven Behavioral Healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee; Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer with CaremarkRx, a Fortune 100 company; and as Assistant General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer with Charter Medical Corporation.
Mr. McConnell is a member of the Georgia (1986), Florida (1987) and Tennessee (2006) Bar Associations. Mr. McConnell began his practice of law in Atlanta as a management labor attorney in July 1986. He earned both his J.D. and B.A. degrees from the University of Florida.
Dr. Andrew Lasher
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Andrew Lasher joined IVX Health as its Chief Medical Officer in September 2019, bringing over twenty years of clinical and executive experience to the team. Prior to joining IVX Health, Dr. Lasher was the founding physician and Chief Medical Officer of Aspire Health, a healthcare provider of community-based palliative and chronic care services to patients with life-threatening illnesses. Dr. Lasher led the Aspire Health team through tremendous growth that culminated with a sale to Anthem in 2018.
Prior to his role at Aspire Health, Dr. Lasher practiced as a palliative medicine and internal medicine physician at California Pacific Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital part of the Sutter Health network. Dr. Lasher also served in several leadership roles, including as CPMC’s Vice-Chairman of Medicine.
Dr. Lasher is a board-certified physician who received his MD from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Stanford University, followed by a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Stanford.
Tate McDaniel
Senior Vice President of Growth
Tate McDaniel, Senior Vice President of Growth, joined IVX Health in September 2018. Previously McDaniel served as SVP and General Manager of Change Healthcare Engagement Solutions, where he worked with dozens of companies on strategic cost transparency and engagement healthcare solutions. McDaniel has nearly 20 years’ experience in managing strategic partnerships and leading consultative sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his time with Change Healthcare, McDaniel was a Director of Business Development for SunTrust bank, serving in its corporate institutional division focusing on large corporate investment banking clients.
McDaniel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University.
Libby Issitt
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Libby Issitt, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, joined the Company in February 2018 to lead the HR function for the organization. Issitt has oversight for human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations and total rewards. She comes to IVX Health with sixteen years of human resources experience, most recently in a leadership role at CareHere. Previously, she spent twelve years with Change Healthcare in various human resources roles where she had a proven track record of developing talent strategies to support growth and change.
Issitt has a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and holds Senior Human Resource Professional certifications.
Chase Pattison
Vice President of Marketing
Chase Pattison, Vice President of Marketing, joined IVX Health in July 2018. Pattison brings over fifteen years of senior leadership experience to the Company, including his recent role as Chief Marketing Officer for Entrada prior to its sale to NextGen Healthcare. Most recently, Pattison served as the Vice President of Marketing for NextGen Healthcare, overseeing its Product and Portfolio Marketing division for the $550 million healthcare technology and service provider.
Pattison graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in business administration and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Jason Beasley
Vice President of Provider Sales
Jason Beasley, Vice President of Provider Sales, joined the Company in March of 2018 with primary responsibility for the Company’s provider relations function. Prior to IVX Health, Beasley held a series of leadership roles in both sales and operations, each with increasing responsibility, at American Home Patient and subsequently Lincare. During his tenure, Beasley led multiple sales initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, ranging from implementation of a CRM to the effective utilization of market intelligence data to improve provider targeting.
Beasley is a registered respiratory therapist, credentialed with NBRC.
Jeff Piscadlo
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Provider Sales
Jeff Piscadlo, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Provider Sales, joined IVX Health in October 2020 as part of the Precision Healthcare acquisition. Piscadlo brings over 14 years of senior leadership experience to the Company, including his recent role leading the $2 billion Rheumatology and Gastroenterology specialty drug distribution business for McKesson Specialty. Most recently Piscadlo lead all sales, marketing and health plan contract negotiations for Precision healthcare before the sale to IVX
Piscadlo graduated from Xavier University with a degree in accounting and earned his MBA from Xavier’s Williams College of Business.
Angela Ryce
Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Angela Ryce joined IVX Health in March of 2019 as its Vice President of Revenue Cycle, bringing over fifteen years of healthcare management experience to the company. Angela recently served as the Vice President of Payor Relations and Revenue Cycle at ePlus Cancer Care, where she led revenue cycle optimization to ensure the company achieved its service, quality and performance goals.

Matt Munden
Director of Nursing
Matt Munden, Director of Nursing, joined IVX Health in January of 2015 and leads clinical operations, establishing evidence-based policies and procedures for clinic site optimization to ensure the Company’s high standards of care. Munden provides the Company with nearly a decade of nursing experience in a variety of care settings, including serving as both a charge nurse and preceptor in an Intensive Care Unit.
Munden has both an associate’s and bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.
Katie Thackston
Vice President of Product and Market Development
Katie Thackston, Vice President of Growth, joined the company in February 2018. Previously, Thackston served 30+ healthcare provider and pharmacy clients as a strategy and operations consultant, focused primarily on growth planning and execution, patient access and adherence programming, and health system owned specialty pharmacy development, launching one health system specialty pharmacy across nine clinics, serving over 1,000 patients, and generating $25M in annual margin in the first year alone. Prior to her consulting work, Thackston managed patient access and revenue cycle functions at Emory Healthcare.
Thackston holds a bachelor’s degree with special attainments in commerce from Washington and Lee University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia, and a juris doctor in health and business law from the University of Georgia.
Phil Gamble
Vice President of Finance
Phil Gamble, Vice President of Finance, joined IVX Health in February 2018 after spending the previous nine years in investing and other M&A roles. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Gamble led corporate development for M*Modal, a healthcare IT and services firm, where he sourced and executed strategic and tuck-in acquisitions. Previously, he was a member of the investing team at Gen Cap America, a private equity firm, and was an investment banking analyst at Stephens.
Gamble has a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
Carsten Bick
Senior Vice President of Operations
Carsten Bick, Vice President of Operations, joined the Company in January of 2020 with a primary responsibility for enterprise service delivery and operational execution across the Company’s growing national footprint. Prior to joining IVX Health, Bick was Vice President of Central and Enterprise Operations at naviHealth, a national provider of care management and care transitions services focused on improving clinical and financial outcomes for seniors. At naviHealth, Bick focused on leading the company through rapid scale where he developed and managed the company’s Central Clinical and Shared Service Operations capabilities.
Prior to his time at naviHealth, Bick held various operational leadership roles managing full risk, end-to-end, revenue cycle arrangements at R1 RCM, a national RCM operating partner to acute healthcare systems.
Bick has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Lasa Rucker
Director of Legal Operations
Lasa Rucker joined IVX Health in April of 2020 as its Director of Legal Operations. Rucker comes to IVX Health with over sixteen years of experience in the healthcare legal field. She has served in a variety of professional positions – including compliance, human resources, risk management, regulatory, and legal operations – with both law firms and corporate in-house legal departments.
Rucker is a member and former Vice President of the Middle Tennessee Paralegal Association (2011 -2018) as well as a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Association.
Rucker holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University and Certification in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University.
