Precision is now IVX Health!

Precision and IVX Health announced last Fall that the two organizations had merged. We are excited to share that Precision has officially rebranded as IVX Health in many of its centers!

We hope this rebrand brings minimal disruption for our patients. To that end, we hope you take the time to read through the Patient FAQ linked below. The FAQ provides answers to many frequently answered questions about what patients can expect with the rebrand.

Why has Precision rebranded as IVX Health?

Our commitment is to world-class service and clinical excellence for our patients and referring providers. We strongly believe that unifying under a single, cohesive brand is the right approach to best fulfill this commitment. Unifying as IVX Health creates brand clarity, operational efficiencies and business continuity that will ultimately enable IVX Health to care for even more patients in the best, safest possible environment.

What happens to the Precision Healthcare name and brand?

The organization’s name is officially changing to IVX Health. For a period of time, communications will include IVX Health (formerly Precision Healthcare) to avoid any short-term confusion. Signage on the facility will also be updated, including the building façade and any entry signage. The corporate website will remain for a period of time but will redirect to www.ivxhealth.com later this year.

How are the centers being changed? What improvements are being made?

The goal of IVX Health’s architectural model is aligned with our mission: to redefine the care experience for patients with complex chronic conditions. This means updating all Precision Healthcare centers to include:

  • All private suites to ensure proper social distancing
  • Family rooms for pediatric patients or those accompanied by family or friends
  • New infusion chairs that are comfortable and can recline if desired
  • A peaceful ambience and aesthetic, including updated paint, wallpaper, finishes, and artwork

Is contact information changing? Will I still have the same care team?

Yes! Contact information and your care team both remain the same during the remodel and rebrand process, including phone and fax numbers for local centers, the billing department, and other teams. Please be aware that you will begin to see the name IVX Health for all operations, including:

  • Building and facility signage
  • Mapping software (Google Maps, etc.) and other directories
  • Patient statements and other correspondence

Have all Precision centers rebranded yet?

Precision has infusion centers across the state of Tennessee and in northwest Arkansas, and IVX Health is in the process of rebranding all centers as IVX Health. Different centers will rebrand on different schedules, but our goal is for all remaining Precision centers to fully rebrand as IVX Health before the end of 2021.
